Digital Designer - 1702

Toronto - Hybrid, ON

As a Digital Designer with a focus on our loyalty platform channel you will be responsible for producing content for a digital thinking company.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive, process-driven, and collaborative individual who can professionally deliver and roll out high-quality digital assets (e.g. emails, banners, program pages) within tight timelines.

You are someone that will be:
• Working with the Creative Manager and Creative Lead and other team members to ideate, produce and deliver creative content.
• Comfortable rolling out a series of digital assets within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Capable of managing multiple deliverables simultaneously and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• Bringing imaginative ideas to life for our Digital Loyalty Platform to improve the UX/UI, with strong knowledge of eCRM.
• Participating in review sessions with key stakeholders, gaining consensus and approval on design materials.
• Collaborating with developers, suppliers, and other 3rd party team members to meet campaign/program deadlines.
• Strong animation skill is an asset.
• Knowledge in applying AI solutions is an asset.

Let’s talk about what you bring You are someone that has:
• 4+ years of paid & solid experience working in a creative agency/ team with a focused eye in Graphic Design, UX/UI.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with InVision, Zeplin, Adobe After-Effect, PowerPoint Motion Graphics and XD.
• Ability to think outside of the box and get creative; Knows what is needed at various stages of the product development lifecycle to balance time and focus on what’s most important.
• Fluent in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale.
• Exposure to digital and print development.
• Attention to detail and file management.
