We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with expertise in mainframe environments to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of large-scale projects involving legacy systems modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and application migrations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial oversight capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mainframe-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application development, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers involved in mainframe operations or modernization.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Monitor actuals vs. budget, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure cost control and resource optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide financial updates to senior leadership and contribute to portfolio-level financial planning.

Risk & Compliance:

• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security standards.

Reporting & Communication:

• Provide regular status updates to executive sponsors and governance committees.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and practices
