Instructional Designer -- 2025-66

Position Title: Instructional Designer 
Location: Remote 
Contract Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Strong possibility of extensions)

Mandatory Requirement: Completion of soft checks, as the project involves work with a financial institution.


About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join a dynamic project team focused on driving learning and adoption across multiple enterprise-level technology implementations. The role involves end-to-end design and delivery of learning experiences that enable employees to successfully adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, analyze learning needs, and create high-impact, user-focused learning solutions that support organizational change and capability development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business outcomes.

  • Design, develop, and implement full-cycle learning experiences, including e-learning modules, facilitator-led sessions, videos, and blended learning programs.

  • Curate and integrate internal and external content into cohesive, engaging learning journeys.

  • Apply human-centered design, design thinking, and visual storytelling to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Manage and coordinate learning programs through all phases — from initiation and development to delivery, adoption, and review.

  • Develop and analyze learning metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

  • Collaborate with change management and project teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption of learning initiatives.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to deliver polished, professional learning solutions.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Instructional Design & Learning Development: End-to-end design and delivery of learning content using modern authoring tools.

  • Learning Needs Analysis & Program Facilitation: Experience creating targeted learning paths for various user groups.

  • Experience Design & Visual Design: Ability to use layout, multimedia, and video elements to enhance learner engagement.

  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate across teams.

  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Analytical mindset for interpreting learning data and adjusting strategy.

  • Prioritization & Project Management: Skilled at managing multiple learning initiatives and deadlines.


Preferred Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or related fields.

  • Background in technology-driven transformation, system implementations, or process modernization projects.

  • Exposure to designing training for enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, or workflow management tools).

  • Familiarity with Visual Design, Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Project Delivery frameworks.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
