Job Details:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business analysis efforts for
these projects, including gathering and documenting requirements, performing gap
analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful
delivery. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise, excellent
communication skills, and exceptional Business Analysis abilities.
Responsibilities:
● Lead the Business Analysis activities including working with other BAs, Product,
and UX partners for these technically complex solutions:
○ Network Security Infrastructure Improvements:
○ The Network Security Modernization Program will integrate technologies for
incident response and automate defenses where feasible across the
enterprise.
○ The replacement of network access control hardware, upgrade of Client
VPN tooling towards zero trust will also be undertaken.

● Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through
interviews, workshops, and surveys.
● Analyze business requirements to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and
opportunities for improvement.

● Conduct gap analysis to assess the differences between the current state and the
desired state of the system, highlighting areas for enhancement.
● Work closely with technical teams (product managers, User Experience, architect,
developers, testers) to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of product
features.
● Develop use cases and user stories to capture the functional requirements of the
system, ensuring that all user needs are met.
● Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily
stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
● Facilitate backlog grooming and refinement sessions to ensure user stories are
well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
● Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and
technical requirements for system implementation.
● Create data models and process flows to document business processes.
● Identify and document non-functional requirements, such as performance,
security, and scalability.
● Document requirements to translate easily into automated testing cases.
● Develop and maintain a comprehensive requirements traceability matrix to ensure
that all requirements are accounted for and tracked throughout the project
lifecycle.
● Guide and actively participate in UAT to validate that the system meets the
business requirements and user expectations.
Required Skills and Experience:
● Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best
practices.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively
convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
audiences.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
● Experience documenting complex technical APIs, system integrations, and data
flows.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing
multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address
potential risks and challenges proactively.
● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.

● Experience working with Agile development methodologies and the ability to adapt
to changing project requirements.
● Proficiency in requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira and
Confluence).
Additional Skills "Nice to Have":
● Some experience or technical knowledge of Cyber security
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking industry or
with a Fintech.

● Demonstrated experience in facilitating backlog grooming and refinement
sessions.
