BILINGUAL (FR/EN)Int. Call Center Specialist to assist customers with our banking client
Duration: 6 months (chance to extend)
Location: 100% WFH (
Hours: 12 - 8PM EST) - candidate must be located in Montreal or Toronto
Must haves:
- Must be fluent in French and English
- 2+ years of experience with providing customer support over the phone
- Previous experience with Amazon Connect and Service Now for ticketing
Nice to have:
- Previous experience working at a call center at a bank.
