We are looking for a Functional ERP Analyst to join a growing team and take ownership of optimizing enterprise business processes. You’ll be the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sage X3 Finance modules (and other ERP functions), helping drive improvements, support users, and lead new module rollouts across the organization.

What You Will Do:

Act as the SME for Sage X3 Finance modules, ensuring best practices and maximizing ERP capabilities.
Support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Finance & Supply Chain processes.
Lead the rollout of new modules, integrations, and ERP enhancements aligned with business priorities.
Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to maintain, expand, and improve ERP systems.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
Design and deliver financial/operational reports using Sage SEI or other reporting tools.
Provide training, documentation, and change management support to help users confidently adopt ERP functionality.
Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to special projects like system audits and re-engineering.

What You Bring:

5+ years of ERP support, configuration, and optimization experience (Sage X3 strongly preferred; SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics also valuable).
Strong knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, FX) plus experience with Supply Chain/Manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems (HRIS, CRM, reporting, warehouse management).
Proficiency in reporting tools (Sage SEI, Crystal Reports, Power BI, SSRS, Power Query, advanced Excel).
Solid understanding of internal controls, audit, and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — able to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field (professional certifications such as CPA, CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA are strong assets).
