              Jira Technical Integrator
 
SME Skills:

• Jira dashboarding, JQL
• Understanding of Project Intake & Lifecycle best practices
• Working knowledge of integration between Jira and PowerBI for reporting
• Working knowledge of integration between Jira and Databricks for data consumption

 
Expected Outcomes:

• Optimize the use of the Jira platform used by the Data Warehouse Team for Project Intake & Reporting
• Drive Data Quality & Data Integrity of the Jira tool used for Project Intake & Reporting
  • Follow up with PMs to ensure projects are updating in Jira properly
• Provide dashboard & KPI reporting on projects in Jira including:
  • Duration KPIs (Time in project status)
  • Project Compliance (Projects not updated, past due, missing key fields)
  • Project Forecast (Roadmap view)
