Senior Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect to implement Genesys Cloud CX CCaaS - RQ00398
Location: Hybrid (Downtown Toronto) - 4x/week
Duration: 6 month contract to start (6 month extension)
Must haves:
- 7+ years of experience with Genesys system design, implementation, and administration
- experience with Genesys call flows, digital channels, ACD routing
- 7+ experience in deploying VOIP phone systems with deep knowledge and application of Telephony concepts (SIP, SBCs, QoS, E-911, porting, number plans)
- 7+ experience SSO/SAML and user lifecycle via SCIM or Azure AD provisioning
- 7+ experience utilizing REST APIs in development
- Experience with vendor management and collaboration
Nice to haves:
- Genesys Cloud CX certifications
- Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX and WFH or QA systems (e.g. Verint)
