Job Description:
The CX Metrics & Analytics Data Developer will support the Voice of Client (VoC) program leader in operational aspects of the VoC program. These are listed below in detail but focus on model training, validation, and QA, as well as documentation, governance, development, and deployment.

- Documentation of existing VoC process and data sources
- Data cleaning and transformation
- Model development, maintenance, and QA (Develop / Fine-tune BERT Models (Topic & Sentiment), Version Control Code & Models (GitHub), Establish Model Evaluation Metrics & Benchmarking, Retrain Models (Schedule & Execution), Monitor Model Performance in Production, Troubleshoot Model Drift / Performance Issues)
- Oversee Deployment and operations via Google Cloud Platform (Manage CI/CD Pipeline (GitHub Actions / Cloud Build), Deploy Python Project to Production Environment, Monitor Production System Health & Resource Usage, Handle Production Incidents & Outages, Manage Access Control & Permissions)
- Manage program governance (Document System Architecture & Data Flow, Document Codebase &Best Practices, Maintain Project Backlog & Roadmap, Conduct Regular Review Meetings)

Top Skills:
Strong process focus, proficiency in Python / SQL, experience with Machine Learning (focus on Natural Language Processing) / GCP products / GenAI (especially Gemini)
