We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide cyber initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of program/project management experience, with a proven track record delivering large-scale cybersecurity and IT security programs in complex, multi-vendor environments.

This role is well-suited for a proactive leader who is equally comfortable engaging with executives, vendors, and technical teams to ensure security programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of large-scale cybersecurity programs, ensuring strong governance, audit/compliance alignment, and timely remediation of identified risks.

• Manage multi-vendor program delivery, including SOW/LOE development, budgets, timelines, RAID logs, and executive reporting.

• Oversee initiatives across security domains including SIEM/logging, identity and access management, endpoint security, and network security (e.g., Zscaler).

• Prepare and deliver program status reports, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.

• Coordinate across global teams and time zones, ensuring alignment between technical teams and senior leadership.

Immediate Priorities

• Coordinate Zscaler deployment activities.

• Lead the restart of Cyber On/Offboarding program (vendor and resource orchestration).

• Track and manage audit remediation efforts (encryption, logging, compliance evidence).

• Provide inputs into 2026 cybersecurity run/support planning.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT/IS Program or Project Management experience, with at least 5+ years in cybersecurity.

• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder cyber programs in enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains: SIEM/logging, IAM, endpoint security, and network security.

• Expertise in program management tools and practices (MS Project, Jira/Confluence, RAID management, stakeholder comms).

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both executives and technical teams.
