Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Health MyCare team in our beautiful downtown Vancouver office. This is an essential in-office role that provides critical operational support through SLA reporting, team scheduling coordination, and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Compile and analyze Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports from multiple data sources
-Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders
-Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms
-Manage frontline team scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation
-Coordinate shift changes, time-off requests, and schedule adjustments
-Work closely with team leads to anticipate staffing needs and coverage gaps
-Support workforce planning initiatives
-Handle incoming mail distribution and processing
-Manage fax communications, including routing and filing
-Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents
-Provide general administrative support to the MyCare team
-Assist with office coordination and operational tasks as needed
This role is 100% in person at our downtown Vancouver office.
