Job Responsibilities/Job Functions:
• Work with store management teams (Area Managers and Store Managers) to provide reporting on daily variances and corrective actions.
· Answer email and telephone inquiries to provide value added store support and guidance on cash management issues.
· Provide commentary on cash variances and support the Banking team on missing deposit and variance investigations.
· Responsible for analysis and trending of retail operational data to highlight areas for improvement and coaching opportunities in the field
· Responsible for resolving financial discrepancies or missing transactions in ReSA to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data
· Responsible for working with IT on resolving any data issues, or system errors impacting our financials
· Responsible for the monthly float balance sheet reconciliation and any float movement journal entries
· Responsible for the cash payouts reporting and compliance
· Perform ad hoc reports and analyses as required
Job Qualifications:
• University Degree or equivalent educational achievement.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and process data and make sound recommendations.
· Willingness to work outside normal business hours during busy retail season.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Strong skills in Excel and ability to learn new programs.
· Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
· Self-starter and ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills.
