Job Title: Senior Quality Analyst (QA) – Digital/eCommerce & Omnichannel

Location: Montréal/Brossard (Hybrid – 50% Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months
Hours: 35 Hours/Week


About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst to play a key role in delivering high-quality digital solutions for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Retail initiatives. You’ll ensure seamless functionality across eCommerce, ERP, Order Management, Payment Systems, and more—driving transformation and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and strategies for digital solutions (Commerce, ERP, Finance, etc.).

  • Perform manual and automated testing for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.

  • Validate data integrity using SQL queries and ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Identify, log, and troubleshoot defects, escalating critical issues as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, Product, Marketing, SAP) to align testing with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, with exposure to automation tools.

  • Strong background in retail/eCommerce, omnichannel projects, or SAP implementations.

  • Expertise in test planning, script development, and defect tracking.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and familiarity with API testing.

  • Bilingual (English & French) – Excellent communication skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
