We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst to play a key role in delivering high-quality digital solutions for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Retail initiatives. You’ll ensure seamless functionality across eCommerce, ERP, Order Management, Payment Systems, and more—driving transformation and enhancing customer experiences.
Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and strategies for digital solutions (Commerce, ERP, Finance, etc.).
Perform manual and automated testing for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
Validate data integrity using SQL queries and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify, log, and troubleshoot defects, escalating critical issues as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, Product, Marketing, SAP) to align testing with business goals.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, with exposure to automation tools.
Strong background in retail/eCommerce, omnichannel projects, or SAP implementations.
Expertise in test planning, script development, and defect tracking.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and familiarity with API testing.
Bilingual (English & French) – Excellent communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
