Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will focus on end-to-end recruitment for facilities management and licensed maintenance positions. You’ll collaborate closely with other recruiters and hiring managers to identify top talent through resume reviews, proactive sourcing, and candidate screening. Work is going to be remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
Manage full-cycle recruitment for facilities and maintenance-related roles
Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate follow-up steps
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate with team members to meet hiring targets and timelines
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
Proven experience hiring for facilities management and licensed maintenance roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Bilingual in French and English
Experience using Avature ATS
Education & Technical Skills:
College diploma or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
