Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Project Manager/Scrum Master /Product Owner with a strong background in on-premise to GCP migration projects. The Project Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Internal stakeholders and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of the projects.

Responsibilities:
● Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment in Identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
● Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
● Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
● Experience in defining and handling various website related activities, eCommerce or Retail application workflows
● Protect the team by helping to remove the impediments for the team to progress.
● Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and metrics
● Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives where project demands
● Understand and practice agility, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
● Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
● Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
● Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs.
● Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice.
● Ensure required project artefacts are in place and all the issues or CRs are tracked through support tool
● Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
● PMP Certification and/ or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master or in a similar role working with agile teams.
● Strong knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks and software engineering practices, as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to stakeholders and senior leadership.
● Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
● Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
● Experience with project management software and tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
● Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
● Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
