Position Title: Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce CRM for Advisory Banking
Job Description: Scoping and Backlog Management:
Contribute to defining the project scope and identifying key deliverables
Collaborate to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines.
Participate in backlog refinement sessions to elaborate user stories and define acceptance criteria.
Track and monitor progress against the backlog, identifying and escalating any roadblocks or risks.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Elicits requirements and analyzes feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of user needs, pain points and desired future state.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories that can be readily understood and implemented by the technical team.
Collaborate with the SI functional analysts and technical team to design and configure the Salesforce solution, ensuring that it accurately reflects the business requirements.
Create process flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and other visual representations to articulate requirements.
Work with the SI to analyze and document complex business processes, data flows, and system integrations related to CRM within Capital Markets.
Solution Design and Validation:
Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
Participate in solution reviews and provide feedback to ensure alignment with business needs.
Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and data integrity.
Stakeholder Management:
Supports various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels within the Capital Markets Advisory Banking teams.
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.
Documentation and Training:
Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and training materials.
Deliver training to end-users on Salesforce functionality and processes relevant to their roles within Capital Markets Advisory Banking.
Capital Markets Knowledge:
Familiarity with Capital Markets products, services, and operational processes (e.g., trade products & lifecycle, investment banking deal flow, advisory services).
Understand regulatory requirements and compliance considerations relevant to CRM in Capital Markets.

This individual will serve as a crucial liaison between the business stakeholders, encompassing sales, trading, research, and investment banking professionals, and the SI functional analysts team. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Salesforce solution is precisely tailored to align with the specific needs and workflows of the Advisory Banking teams, whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
The candidate will work with a team of other Business Analysts to help gather requirements and ensure the solution meet the needs. They will be adept at breaking down complex strategic problems into manageable components and possess the analytical skills to scrutinize data and information, extracting valuable insights and formulating actionable recommendations. The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of the Advisory Banking division, leveraging the power of Salesforce CRM to enhance operational efficiency, improve client engagement, and drive business growth.
