Job Description:
We are currently implementing our Dynamics 365 F&O ERP system, and we are looking for a Functional Analyst / Dynamic Tester to join our team. This person will play a key role in validating the financial portion of the ERP, including project management, accounting, and other financial processes. Responsibilities:
Act as a functional expert for Dynamics 365 F&O, specializing in project management, accounting, and other financial modules. Analyze business needs in collaboration with stakeholders and propose solutions aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Configure and optimize F&O modules to support business processes related to project management and accounting, including budget management, invoicing, and financial tracking. Collaborate with business experts and the IT team to ensure seamless integration of processes and features. Oversee periodic updates of Dynamics 365 F&O to identify impacts, evaluate new features, and ensure business continuity. Develop and execute functional test scenarios in partnership with the quality assurance team. Train and support end users to maximize adoption of tools and processes. Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the community of practice around Dynamics 365 F&O.
3 years of experience as a functional analyst, ideally in Dynamics 365 F&O (finance and operations) or similar ERP systems (Dynamics AX, GP, etc.). Demonstrated expertise in project management and accounting, and other financial processes in an ERP context. Language: Bilingual or fluent in French (5/5) and English (2/5) Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team in an agile and collaborative environment. University degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field. Strengths:
Knowledge of other modules, including human resources (HR) and procurement, is an asset. Good knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is an asset.
