Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to spearhead our enterprise-wide Zscaler zero trust implementation. This role combines strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of zero trust architecture to transform our security landscape.

Primary Project Focus:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Zscaler's zero trust platform:
● Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) deployment
● Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) rollout
● Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) integration
● Manage phased migration from legacy security systems to zero trust architecture
● Coordinate integration with existing security tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
● Consolidation of tenants and simplification
● Support additional business units and use cases.
Project Management Responsibilities:
● Develop a comprehensive project plan for Zscaler implementation.
● Manage project budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
● Mitigate risks and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
● Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
● Lead cross-functional teams including security, network, and application teams.
● Track and report project metrics and KPIs.
● Manage stakeholder communications and change management.

Technical Knowledge Required:
Strong understanding of:
● Zero trust security principles and architecture
● Zscaler platform capabilities and components
● Cloud security and access management
● Identity and access management systems
● Security controls and frameworks
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
● 10+ years combining project management and cybersecurity experience
● Essential to have a proven track record managing enterprise-wide security transformation
projects in healthcare or similarly regulated industries
● PMP Certification required
● Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP highly valued

Must-Have Skills 
1. Experience in implementing enterprise-wide security solutions and network security solutions (e.g., Zero-Trust (Zscaler), EDR, SIEM, IAM systems)
2. Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plan and deliverables
a) Project plan must be interlocked with other key project timelines (e.g. ZScaler roadmap)
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Ability to create and present technical proof of concepts to diverse stakeholders
2. Proficiency in secure cloud migration strategies for healthcare data
3. Experience with technical change management in healthcare environments
