In this role, you will be part of the Payroll team, supporting our team member’s journey throughout new hire, leave of absence, employment changes and separations. Alongside, the larger P&C Operations team, you will:
• Deliver superior team member experiences by providing payroll expertise and guidance to all of our stakeholders
• Bring a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and implementing process improvements
• Ensure the integrity of our overall data through audits, automation, and a relentless focus on safeguarding the quality of our work
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of payroll experience supporting a diverse group of large/complex customers including management professionals & team members covered under different collective agreements in both federal and provincial jurisdictions
• Designation either in progress or completed - Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or Certified Payroll Manager (CPM)
• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation would be an asset
