1. We are looking for an MS365/SharePoint Analyst to help with recommendations on Oversharing, sensitivity label, permission, security, sharing following the implementation of Copilot.
2. Responsible for reviewing and updating permission levels and scopes on the SharePoint tenant as well as on its sites, libraries and documents, and on employee OneDrive.
3. Be responsible for generating reports and dashboards to monitor and measure the progress and impact of remedial actions concerning excessive information sharing.
4. Have an active role in participating in the proof-of-concept (POC) for the implementation of sensitivity tags in Microsoft 365.
5. Have a role in the Information Management program to identify and design processes and solutions to protect customer electronic data, while implementing corresponding policies.

Must have: 

1. At least 5 years' experience in System Analysis / IT / SharePoint / MS365
2. Experience with collaboration tools
3. Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive and the Office 365 environment, including the Purview module and sensitivity tags.
4. Experience in setting up security rules and all aspects of access and permissions.
5. Good knowledge of an electronic document management system.
6. Good knowledge of information over-sharing issues.
7. Basic knowledge of PowerBI.
8. Language: French 5/5 and English 4/5

Assets:                                    

1. Experience in the banking (financial) sector is an asset.
2. University certificate in archives or records management.

• Avoir la responsabilité de revoir et de mettre à jour les niveaux de permissions et les portées sur le locataire SharePoint ainsi que sur ses sites, bibliothèques et documents, et sur les OneDrive des employés.
