P&C Advisor - 19212

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Payroll & Time team, delivering excellent support and impeccable customer service to 24,000 internal team members across Canada. Alongside the larger HR Operations team, and other time specialists, you will put your best foot forward by driving:

● Delivery of superior team member experiences - providing time and related payroll expertise and guidance to all of our stakeholders
● Closure of the gap between system and people - being the business process expert of the various time processes we own and tools we use
● Collaboration and leadership as a senior member within the Time and Payroll portfolio and our broader P&C Operations team responsible for managing a team members lifecycle
● A mindset of innovation and continuous improvement - challenging the status quo and implementing process improvements
● Ownership of a time administration network across the organization - including education and continuous improvement based on Payroll best practices
● Integrity of our overall data through audits, automation, and a relentless focus on safeguarding the quality of our work


Required Experience:
● Minimum of 5 years time and payroll experience working on both federally and provincially regulated Canadian payrolls
● Strong time and payroll systems experience (Success Factors and SAP time and payroll systems)
● Working in a unionized environment is an asset
● Bilingual in English and French, both written and oral, is considered a strong asset

Required Knowledge:
● Knowledge and awareness of all areas within HR, especially operational in nature
● Knowledge of Canada Labour Code and Employment Standards, rules and laws
● Strong systems expertise with proficiency in Success Factors and SAP time.

Required Professional Designation/Certification:
● Post-secondary education in Human Resources and/or an equivalent combination of payroll and benefits education and experience
● PCP/CPM, HRPA designation would be an asset
