Project Description: This position will be focused on operational data and reporting activities. Depending on capacity and skill set, may be assigned to support activities related to various projects involving Business Process Management skills.
Job Description:
Compiles data from various sources and completes analysis to identify trends and risks relative to overarching scorecard and strategic imperatives
Prepares operational reports and fulfills ad hoc reporting requests
Ensures timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicates any barriers
May support various aspects of projects such as maintaining project schedule, work plan, KPIs, documentation and other metrics, including providing insights into project delivery plans and facilitating communication between project stakeholders
May support activities related to product/project/initiative design, development, user acceptance testing or change management
