Job description:
• Ensure that the project/programme is delivered on time, on budget and with high quality, in accordance with agreed standards and objectives;
• Lead, define and coordinate initiatives and projects, as well as launch activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and produce comprehensive reports to track progress and results;
• Proactively identify, document and monitor major risks that may impact project progress, implementing mitigation strategies if necessary;
• Document and promptly resolve project/program issues, ensuring that progress and objectives are disrupted as little as possible;
• Contribute to and validate the business case analysis, providing information and expertise for decision-making;
• Prepare detailed recommendations, based on project performance and financial objectives, as well as risk assessment, for the launch, extension or termination of the project;
• Manage project/programme finances, ensuring alignment with departmental budgets and assessing financial impact throughout the lifecycle;
• Collaborate effectively with architecture, finance, purchasing, project and operations teams to ensure project cohesion;
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and IT partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of outcomes and project delivery;
• Ensure compliance with the PMO methodology throughout the project and program life cycle.
