Job description:
·Conduct comprehensive change management assessments;
·Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics;
·Manage and define the strategy to anticipate resistance;
·Advise and support project teams as well as change management managers in business units;
·Prepare the presentation of information sessions for managers and project managers;
·Assess the Transformation Capabilities Index (TCI) change readiness index through interviews with project managers and stakeholder representatives from client BUs;
·Identify a stakeholder map of key impacted groups (according to BU lines and geographies);
·Create a list of personas (user groups) and describe their impact (high-level future state description);
·Assess existing training and reference methods and tools that will be impacted or have gaps due to the change;
·Conduct a change leadership alignment workshop with key stakeholders to co-create a customized change strategy and roadmap action plan with real-time operational alignment using design thinking methods;
·Document the change management strategy as co-created with stakeholders and deliver a summary presentation to project managers.
