Participate in the design, implementation, management, integration, and support (levels 2 and 3) of a 24/7 server and network monitoring platform.
Maintain, upgrade, and design solutions to support streamlined integrations between various system platforms, including:
Dynatrace
ITRS Geneos
CA SOI (an asset)
BMC Discovery (an asset)
CA AutoSys (an asset)
Produce documentation on standards and guidelines for regional deployment and tool usage.
Manage relationships with external technology vendors to evaluate new products, escalate issues, and act as a single point of contact representing IT Production with these vendors.
Assess current methods, software, and architectures to propose and implement appropriate processes and tools aimed at improving, automating, and securing the OS Engineering and Service Delivery teams.
Participate in global meetings and collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistency and alignment of tools and processes.
Attend audit and compliance reviews to ensure the team remains compliant with standards and to address any non-compliance issues.
Ensure adherence to all associated policies.
Qualification
Mastery of Dynatrace application and implementation (he/she can start if he/she knows Dynatrace but will have to be certified not later than 3 months after the beginning of the contract)
Monitoring setting up new infrastructures and news policies with Dynatrace.
Background administrative with Dynatrace.
Exerience with L2-L3 tickets
Language: bilingual or English-speaking candidates allowed.
