Description:

Working under the direction of the OCIO Project Manager, the responsibilities of the Senior BA – QA will include, but not be limited to the following.

Analyze business processes and requirements to ensure they align with business goals.
Participate in acceptance testing and beta testing to validate software functionality.
Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of software products and provide actionable feedback.
Document detailed test scenarios and scripts derived from business requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Other duties

Completing any other client-related project tasks that will help ensure project success.
Assisting the OCIO Project Manager as required.
Preparing or assisting with other project-related documents or tasks as required by the OCIO Project Manager.
Working closely with the vendor project team as required.
