Specialist Role:

Document Integration Specialist (Canada and US) – Development Support
As a Document Integration Specialist (Administrative Retirement Solutions), your role involves managing and implementing standard and specific document content using the Ariel DB pension administration software for clients, following specific regulations and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement new documents as part of the standard solution for the US and Canada.
  • Analyze change requests and update documents accordingly.
  • Coordinate and participate in various internal and client meetings for document needs.
  • Analyze, modify, and create standard reports, letters, and forms for US and Canadian clients using the Xpertdoc technology.
  • Act as a resource for letters, annual statements, or any other output produced with Ariel.
  • Provide technical support to ensure reports meet requirements.
  • Produce high-quality documents while managing client expectations.
  • Review final documents for regulatory compliance.
  • Be available for client travel.

Profile:

  • University degree in actuarial studies, mathematics, project management, communication, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong leadership, analysis, synthesis, and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills, customer service, and ability to simplify concepts.
  • Ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Team player and independent worker.
  • Knowledge of pension administration is an asset.
