Sales Development Representative - ML2409-2

We seek an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can engage marketing
leads, qualify them, and set up requirement gathering calls with Account Executives.
What You'll Do:

• Outbound Activities: Facilitate targeted prospecting and outreach activities to connect with
prospective customers in a personalized 1:1 approach with decision makers and key
players at mid-large enterprises.
• Inbound Activities: Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries (Calls, Web-Leads, Email,
Social, Chats) to assess interest-level and potential solution needs, prior to progressing
prospects and customers forward towards actionable next steps with the appropriate
account resource in Sales.
• Learn continuously and develop into a sales development and customer expert; become a
trusted advisor to prospects and customers by seeking to authentically understand their
goals and position appropriate next steps.
• Collaborate closely with Experts, Marketing and Sales in understanding and anticipating the
needs of customers to consistently meet and exceed sales pipeline goals.
• Extensive daily use of an advanced sales technology (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, and similar sales and marketing technology tools) to ensure accurate data
management practices that provide verifiable performance measurements and trusted
customer insights.
• Demonstrate a professional, customer-centric approach during all interactions and
initiatives.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics for activities and Sales Qualified Leads that drive
active opportunities for sales to pursue and win.

Skills and Experience We're Excited About
• Higher education or equivalent experience.
• Passionate, curious, detailed and motivated self-starter with a competitive drive to exceed
goals while continuously improving.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of
personalities to build relationships and reach agreement with clear and deliberate written
and verbal communication.
• Demonstrable ability to learn and master new technology and process.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze, compare,
evaluate, reconcile and derive actionable insights.

“Must haves"
• Previous experience working an IT/Tech Consultancy
• Previous experience in converting marketing sourced leads
• Located in Eastern Standard Time Zone.
