2024-33 - Change Management Strategist

Create and execute on an experience strategy that includes the direct to consumer change strategy and the team member change strategy
Identify major areas of impact, identify change risks, design stakeholder engagement activities, ensure sponsor preparation, develop team member readiness tactics and establish change metrics
Assess impact of change(s) being introduced and identify the impacted stakeholders
Works alongside (and within the processes of) our internal communications team to ensure effective communications tactics
Ensure the clear articulation of the business goals to be achieved through behaviour changes are identified in change strategies
Consult and think critically in order to effectively identify client needs, navigate complex people matters and formulate recommendations for leader consideration & action
Leverage and champion the enterprise change framework to create the change impact assessment and change strategies
Participate in data review and adjust and iterate strategies as appropriate
Make recommendations of whether the readiness strategies are ready to successfully go to market and create the intended experience
Stay abreast of best practice in execution strategies and behaviour change
Update and prepare stakeholders on readiness strategies and how they can support through sponsorship plans
Develop a strong transition to business ownership plan with key stakeholders and business partners
Support and coach leadership as they lead their teams through change

Seek out new information and share it with others
May take an advisory / coaching role regarding change
