Qualifications

• Experience with Digital Agent / chatbot technologies would be considered an asset.
• General knowledge about AI and Generative AI is preferred.
• Experience working on AI initiatives or with AI platforms, technologies, or custom model development is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, LLMs, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing is a plus.
• Experience working on customer-focused initiatives or requirements is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in financial services is considered an asset.
