Description
The MRAS Business Analyst will
- Consult with the ServiceOntario business/policy area to document the business requirements for Phases 2 & 3 – which are the Send and Receive notifications.
- Liaise with the Systemscope vendor to clarify/confirm what information needs to be provided to them.

Resource responsibility will include:
- Applying in-depth knowledge, concepts, and principles of performance measurement, process improvement and business analysis
- Collecting, synthesizing, analyzing, and using data as part of the performance measurement, and business case development for business improvements
- Leading and facilitating discussions and presentations to gather ministry program information recommend solutions
- Leading initiatives that will offer business improvements
- Partnering with stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business, foster and champion innovation
- Providing options, recommendations, and advice related to issues, opportunities, and challenges experienced by the practice
- Working in effective collaboration with OPS partners and with ministries
