We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our CRM Delivery team at Rogers. Salesforce Administrator should possess skills in Salesforce configuration, technical troubleshooting, business analysis, data analysis and time management. The ideal candidate is passionate about advocating for optimized business process across business and IT, consistently striving to achieve the best end-user and customer experiences.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
•       Perform user management and engage in user support acting as the subject matter expert for assigned Salesforce applications and products.
•       Champion change requests to improve usability and system performance. Implement scheduled and ad-hoc change request during and outside business hours.
•       Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, alerts, reports, and complex dashboards.
•       Solution for new features and functionality using Salesforce best practices.
•       Apply configuration and development best practices to development and CI/CD work.
•       Update progress daily through tracking tools (Jira) or Kanban board.
•       Complete any required documentation e.g. system design, deployment, maintenance, support and business needs.
•       Contribute feedback on processes and techniques to enable continuous delivery as a software delivery methodology.
•       Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for application users. Assist in communicating change management.
•       Continuously advance personal knowledge and skills by actively seeking out learning opportunities.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
•       2 + years proven successful working experience in Salesforce Administrator role along with in-depth experience in developing SF instances, forms and flows (APEX)
•       In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.
•       Experience translating functional and non-functional requirements to system requirements in Salesforce.
•       Solid working ability to connect and develop effective relationships and collaborate across multiple functional / technical teams to deliver projects.
•       Strong understanding of application lifecycle and related skills including software architecture, application design, system integration, risk assessment, test definition, and technical analysis.
•       Experience with agile development processes using scrum/kanban following a defined product roadmap with a dedicated product team.
•       Well-versed on best practices relating to configuration in Salesforce.
•       Experience in SQL/SOQL, reporting, data analysis or business analysis is a plus.
•       Experience in internet, telephony, wireless, billing, provisioning or mediation systems would be a definite asset.
•       Team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
