Our team includes a passionate group of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Program Managers, UX who collaborate with a cutting-edge development organization to build a market leading platform and support over 1.3 million TV customers.

We're seeing an individual who is passionate about good UX, with experience crafting customer service content and processes to join our collaborative and enthusiastic team. You’re skilled at thinking from a customer perspective: through scenarios, journeys, and proposed actions to craft an intuitive, clear experience that helps customers achieve their desired job to be done. Someone curious about people and human behaviors, who actively listens, asks thoughtful questions to proactively seek out valuable insights, and connect these insights to data to design first-class customer experiences.

You're the missing piece of the puzzle.

- You love and quickly grasp new tech and consumer hardware, including in-home connected devices
- Skilled at creating, leveraging, and managing customer touchpoints, feedback, interactions, and data to develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs
- Use your deep understanding of customer behavior to take educational and troubleshooting content and turn it into intuitive journeys/experiences. For example: When a customer has a JTBD, how do they seek support, what content do they end up at, and how do we enable them to be successful?
- You have your eye on the big picture, but can also zoom in and fine tune details to make sure every piece of the customer experience feels right
- Experience in drafting broad customer-facing communications and/or support materials across multiple communication channels
- Expert-level written and spoken communication skills in English (French fluency is great to have)
- 3-5 years relevant work experience

Great-to-haves
- Highly knowledgeable of the latest design tools (Figma), content platforms (Contentful) and the ability to learn new ones
- Knowledge in designing multiple form factors including web and mobile
- Experience installing or supporting consumer electronics and software
- Advanced knowledge of traditional TV and streaming entertainment market
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or other data visualization tools such as tableau
- Video authoring experience is a plus
