Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce CRM software within our organization. Your primary responsibility is to drive change, focusing on the people side of change related to modifications in business processes, systems, and technology. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team (including roles such as research, communications, SMEs, and learning) to achieve change objectives and ensure project change objectives are met within set timelines.

Provide regular reports on progress
