Job Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant (Salesforce CRM Implementation)

Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce CRM software within our organization. Your primary responsibility is to drive change, focusing on the people side of change related to modifications in business processes, systems, and technology. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team (including roles such as research, communications, SMEs, and learning) to achieve change objectives and ensure project change objectives are met within set timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and execute change strategies.
  • Coordinate efforts within the project team
  • Provide regular reports on progress
  • Manage change efficiently and effectively
  • Provide expert consultation to project team members and stakeholders
  • Identify and report change risks and issues for a smooth transition

Requirements
The ideal Organizational Change Management Consultant:

  • Translates business outcomes into behavior changes
  • Is client-centric and adaptable
  • Has excellent facilitation and influence skills
  • Demonstrates flexibility and strategic thinking
  • Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities
  • Holds a bachelor's degree and change certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci)
Skills:
  • Strong grasp of change management principles and tools
  • Excellent communication, listening, and influence skills
  • Proficiency in the Google suite, with visual design capabilities (slides)
  • Adaptability and organizational skills
  • Collaboration and project management expertise
