As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for CRM calendar management supporting in day to day email execution and interact with multiple stakeholders including (but not limited to) brand, consumer journey, call center and commercial teams.
YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Leading the briefs for emails with brand team, support SFMC specialist with assets for building emails in Marketing Cloud, support in deploying SMS based on CRM calendar
Managing and updating CRM calendar to accommodate changing priorities and align key stakeholders
·Responsible for timely CRM deployment/execution (with support from SFMC specialist) and act as the liaison with internal and external partners for review and approval of campaign content, including creative, copy and URLs.
·Work with internal teams to understand objectives, consumer segmentations, audience list generation needs and requirements for marketing campaigns and programs.
Assist with data to help analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications, conversions, OR and CTR for campaigns
·Set up all ad-hoc and journey-based campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
·Assist in internal DocuSign review and trigger for approval for CRM campaigns

Marketing Cloud experience is mandator
Minimum 2-3 years of progressive CRM experience, managing end to end execution.
Experience working with a vast amount of data, relational databases and having strong SQL skills (SQL Server, MySQL. etc.
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering marketing communications in a multi-channel marketing environment an asse
Speaking English fluently, French preferred as wel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
Experience managing relationships and large teams
- Experience in CPG or international companies is an asset
