The Cloud Infrastructure team is seeking an experienced unified communications & collaboration professionals with strong knowledge and hands on experience in, Voice, Contact Center, IP, QoS, Session boarder Controllers technologies. In this role you will start by completing upgrades of Cisco Unified Communication Products in the Company TCCE cloud service. (Release 11.x to 14)
Then you will complete the Company VOSS4UC Migration project with Dial Plan Changes to meet our new Dial plan needs

The successful candidate must possess a strong customer focus, be a great communicator, ability to understand complex multisite Dial Plan and adjust these as needed. You must have the ability to upgrade products, diagnose and resolve complex service interruptions. These roles are for the candidates to do upgrades and who are a self-starter and look for opportunities to prevent outages, rather than simply responding to troubles.

What YOU will do:

• Primarily focus will be upgrades of Cisco applications from 11.x to 14.
o Unified Communication Manager
o Unity Connection
o Presence
o Expressway

• 2nd phase will be to modify and test Complex Dial Plans for our Company TCCE customers recently migrated to VOSS4UC
• Later focus will include upgrades of these products for the smaller percentage customers with these.
