Deployment Lead Field Operations - 2808-1

•       Minimum of 4 years of Telecom implementation.
•       Familiar with the Microwave transmission equipment and RAN equipment
•       Excellent follow up, communication and leading skills to deal with team & vendors,
•       MS office skills, self-motivation, and self-starter abilities
•       Responsible for new and upgrade projects (new sites, upgrades and overlay, Microwave Radio swaps, sector adds, azimuth changes...etc.,
•       Works directly with contractors to facilitate installation of provided equipment.
•       Responsible for coordination with other departments teams or landlords to facilitate equipment shipment, handling, and site access as well as engineering,
•       Working to support the installation deployment work required for the site to be on air as planned
•       Responsible to ensure quality control measures are followed and site is completed per design standards, commissioning, audits with other teams, sites delivery until site is on- air
•       Review the under standing work orders, BOM
•       Working at night to support the contractors on cutover or traffic migration
