As a Performance Analyst Consultant, in collaboration with our team and key stakeholders you will leverage data from multiple sources to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision making. You will establish and monitor key KPI’s, research best practices, trending and benchmarks and develop recommendations that will solve complex talent-related issues.

Here's how
  • Implement best-in-class end-to-end analytical processes to drive operational efficiencies and improved decision-making.
  • Develop, monitor and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) for various projects, initiatives and scorecards, and lead regular review meetings.
  • Research talent market trending, best practices and benchmarks and synthesize results into key insights and actions.
  • Using your curiosity, you will uncover trends, patterns, and connections made visible in our existing data and processes and transform data into true business insight.
  • Communicate, educate and influence stakeholder teams on how they can best use data to improve sourcing activities, hiring processes, practices and programs and ensure we’re providing an exceptional candidate and team member experience.
Qualifications - What you bring to the table
  • A highly collaborative and energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset.
  • An in-depth knowledge of database querying, data mining, and statistical and predictive models.
  • Technical documentation expertise (data-maps, technical specifications, etc.).
  • Ability to synthesize analytical and modeling findings and insights, and ensure it is clearly communicated to stakeholders in business context.
  • Capable of listening and interpreting stakeholder feedback to understand business processes and identify business issues/objectives.
  • Experience with automation of processes, reporting and data analytics.
  • Expertise working with large datasets, advanced formulas, vlookup’s, pivot tables, etc.
  • Use of graphical data interfaces (e.g. Visier, Tableau) and programming (e.g. SQL).
  • Strong understanding of predictive modelling and analysis.
  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of related business analytics/intelligence, statistical experience.
  • Superior communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex data to stakeholders in business language.
  •  Expert at listening and interpreting stakeholder feedback to understand business processes and identify business issues, objectives and solutions.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn technology
Great to Have’s
  • Awareness of business process re-engineering principles and tools.
  • SAP / SuccessFactors RCM/RMK experience.
