THIS IS A HR ROLE for a seasoned HR Data Analyst specializing in SQL queries

As a seasoned HR Data Analyst, who has extensive experience developing SQL queries, you will work with our data migration and payroll teams to design and build automated validation processes for payroll parallel testing and final data migration for cutover to launch.

What you'll do:
● Collaborate with technical leads, business systems analysts, business process subject matter experts and key stakeholders to document validation criteria, operations, parameters and thresholds
● Build and test SQL queries that will compare payroll outputs from two separate source systems (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC Payroll) to compare and identify issues as outlined by validation criteria
● Leverage your expertise and past experiences to provide feedback and opportunities to improve queries for validations
● Provide data analysis throughout payroll parallel testing and data migration
● Participate in regular meetings to communicate results and provide updates to the project manager
● Manage conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change
● Ensure deliverables are on time and adhere to quality standards

Must have skills:   
● Experience writing SQL queries to analyze data
● Understanding of database structures, tables & SQL statements
● Previous experience in analyzing and validating large volumes of data

Nice to have skills:
● Ability to work independently as well as a contributing member of the team
● Experience with HR data analysis
● Experience in presenting results to senior management

What you’ll need to be successful:
