Description of Work:

Financial Bank Companie's Tech Guru team is looking for an intermediate resource to fill a temporary need. The work involves actioning laptop request tickets submitted for new team members and break/fix replacement hardware needs. This involves working out of a ServiceNow ticket queue, unboxing laptops, imaging and configuring while connected to the companies network, and deploying relevant software to the appropriate device types. These processes are well documented and a peer working remotely (Edmonton based) can offer support and assistance. This role will also assist in the enrollment of ChomeOS devices that are requested as alternatives to Windows laptops. The work also includes preparing devices to ship to remote team members or Companies branch locations, as well as updating the relevant inventory records to maintain an accurate inventory system and asset assignments.
