Outside Sales Representative

Richmond Hill, ON
Our client is a leader in manufacturing of environmentally sustainable corrugated and plastic packaging located just 40 minutes north of Toronto. They are looking to welcome an Outside Sales Representative to their growing team.

Duties:
  • Identify, evaluate and develop relationships with new customers and channel partners.
  • Reach and engage companies for acquisition by emails, cold calls, industry events and target governments and partners to generate leads.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by gaining trust at different levels, qualifying the key decision makers and influencers and proposing the right solutions.
  • Develop proposals and reports that illustrate the benefits from use the company's products.
  • Work with the production team to ensure that order volumes and timelines are being met and communicating both internally and externally with all key stakeholders to ensure accountability and to provide direction.
  • Educate clients about the company’s products.
  • Attend trade shows.
Requirements:
  • Corrugated and/or plastics industry experience required.
  • Successful track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • 5 years experience in a dedicated new business development role.
