Network Process Analyst- Ontario- 11012022

We are looking for a Network Process Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible to analyze business
and/or network processes and workflows with the objective of determining how they can be improved or automated. In addition, you will facilitate process workshops and document information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents. Your success in this role will be driven by your knowledge of process mapping and network process re-engineering coupled with your ability to document procedures and present new process designs to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
 Work closely with the Network teams to identify and analyze core business processes and
 Facilitate workshops with SME’s
 Documentation of process, work flows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for Network
 Map the people, business processes and technology vertically and horizontally to understand the
flow of activities and resources that support the delivery of network services
 Use Root Cause Analysis to identify the source of quality issues and process inefficiencies
 Identify process gaps, issues and risks

The ideal candidate will possess:
 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Project manager, IT or network specialist or
combined experience.
 Ability to interact with executives and managers
 Familiar with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Kanban boards is preferred
 Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
 Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution
 Strong skills in Process Mapping
 Knowledge of network and technical concepts
 Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and
 Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
 Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
 Familiar with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Kanban boards is preferred
 High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio (or similar process mapping tools)
