Job overview:
The Project Manager - Clinical Solutions and Services (Public Sector - Quebec) will be responsible for planning and managing the implementation of healthcare and other solutions technology for customers. This candidate will report to the Director, Client Project Management and will be involved in projects for the implementation and updating of clinical systems deployed in
many health establishments and intended for clinical computerization.

Responsibilities:
 Plan and manage the delivery of solutions in public health facilities:
o Involvement of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
o Collaboration with cross-functional teams
o Involvement in technological solutions to improve patient care
o Collaboration with partners and suppliers and liaising with stakeholders keys

 Use an appropriate approach to rigorous project management in all stages of delivery of projects, including for example: project planning, status reports; management problems ; budget management; prediction ; the communications ; and define the key performance indicators
 Establish governance, produce reports to key stakeholders internal and external, put in place risk management
 Produce and deliver high quality presentations for an executive audience
 Proactively identify and resolve issues, using sound thinking strategic, tactical and critical with the team involved in the project
 Lead or support the team in the preparation of project documents
 Ensure quality through proactive processes, checks, reviews and follow ups

Required knowledge:
 Ability to collaborate with different resources to solve problems and obtain
results
 Knowledge of project management best practices and project implementation methodologies systems
 Understanding of healthcare, clinical information systems and processes
clinics
 Bilingual (French and English mandatory)
Skills and abilities required:
 Excellent project management skills
 Very good knowledge of Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite: ability to create well-structured reports and presentations
 Ability to proactively identify and implement communication strategies, risk mitigation and problem solving to ensure project success
 Strong strategic, tactical and critical thinking skills
 Excellent interpersonal skills interacting with a wide range of clinical, information technology (IT) and management professionals, including executives and executive staff
 Ability to work successfully in environments with varied vocations and cultures
 Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills
 Acute sense of organization, versatility, resourcefulness, rigor and autonomy;
 Great adaptability, flexibility in the face of change.

Professional designation/certification required:
 University degree in project management, business administration, computer science health, health administration, nursing, pharmacy or any other discipline related
 Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent certification is an asset

Required experience:

 Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, portfolio management projects, information systems, health service delivery and/or the implementation of clinical systems
 Minimum experience of 3 years in information technology in the health sector;
