The Consumer Health team focuses on empowering Canadians to take control of their health and the health of their loved ones with the right information, tools and support they need to live healthier and happier lives.

Health MyPet is a mobile app where veterinarians can provide virtual care to clients and their pets from the comfort of their own home. This mobile app empowers pet owners to be proactive about their pets’ health care and improves access to quality veterinary care.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager where you will lead the Go-to-Market planning, campaign execution and base engagement

What You’ll Do
  • As a Marketing Manager - Health MyPet team, you will have a number of important responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Creating meaningful and compelling campaigns to generate awareness, demand and usage of the app through efficient and effective media planning and tactics
  • Working closely with the Product Marketing team, you’ll help support the launch of new features and partnerships as per the product roadmap
  • Leading the strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for all Health MyPet base communication activities
  • Showcasing strong creative thinking and business problem solving skills by presenting business cases for all proposed target, pricing and campaign changes.
  • Performance-minded with a strong digital background, including a keen understanding of measurement and digital media utilization and optimization
  • A passionate and enthusiastic marketer with strong creative instincts, with a proven ability to implement highly recognized creative campaigns rooted in consumer insight

What You Bring
  • 3+ years experience in Marketing roles, with proven experience in campaign planning, base engagement and retention marketing
  • Recognized for your exceptional relationship building skills, you bring people together to solve problems collectively and seek out different points of view to bring marketing initiatives and campaigns to life
  • Known for your ability to prioritize work and thrive in a fast paced environment, you manage and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives to get things done
  • Proven ability to understand numbers, you use insights and results to help solve problems and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of enterprise level CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and/or Adobe
  • Post-secondary undergraduate degree in business, marketing, economics, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Strong ability to adapt to a challenging and varied work environment, multi-task, juggle multiple requests, prioritize projects and meet tight deadlines
