  • Analyze, document and validate business requirements from business users and function specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, task and workflow analysis.
  • Refines requirements using critical evaluation techniques.
  • Document process flows for current / proposed processed, workflows, and data flows.
  • Prepare use cases, create and define test plans and test cases.
  • Interface between business and technical teams and translate technical and business requirements.
  • Communicates with project managers, subject matter experts and end users.
  • Performs analysis for projects with some impact on and risk to customer service or revenue generation.
  • Typically works on multiple, unrelated projects simultaneously.
  • Suggests work packages to fulfill a solution within scope of others.
  • Represents clients to identify solutions and help prioritize and select among different options proposed.
Must have skills:
1. Communication skills (including verbal, written, presentation & facilitation
2. Analytical skills (attention to detail)
3. Process analysis and re-design knowledge
4. Take current state and applying knowledge to achieve future state objectives
5. Interpersonal, organization, critical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills
6. Demonstrate strong knowledge of business analytics and process methodology
7. Post Secondary diploma/certification
8. 3-5 years of equivalent experience

Nice to have skills:
1. Experience with Jira and Confluence
2. Experience with agile delivery
3. Experience working on projects related to cloud environments
