Position: Technical Writer
Duration: 8/15 to 11/15 (3 months)
- Assist Project Lead and Business Analyst in analysis of existing documentation
- Work with Azure Cloud SMEs to identify documentation requirements
- Use KPMG templates to create documentation that fulfil identified requirements
- Suggest improvements to existing documentation templates where necessary
- Circulate documentation and source feedback from stakeholders
- Good experience and knowledge creating documentation for enterprises
- Basic knowledge of Cloud – Azure Cloud fundamentals certification preferred
- Experience working with SMEs, Business Analysts and PMs.
- General knowledge of enterprise IT teams, role and responsibilities within medium and large enterprises
- Experience using tools such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Office365, Visio and other tools required for documentation
- Experience working in the agile methodology, regular status reporting, presentation to leadership.
