Sr. Product Manager 3 - 17195

We have an exciting fully remote position for a Sr. Product Manager on a 6-month contract with potential for extensions!

  • To manage market and financial performance (revenues and margins) of a major product/service or complex product portfolio and associated KPIs
  • Develop, secure support, implement and articulate a differentiated effective and realistic product strategy and tactics related to pricing, bundling, positioning, placement, promotion, channel compensation recommendations and service guidelines
  • Manage the market and financial performance of product portfolio (including Revenue, Customer deal criteria/standards, Operating Profit, Free Cash Flow, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Discounted Payback, and Return on Investment and accountability for P&L).
  • Lead major process changes with accountable sub-process owners; lead the resolution of production and service delivery issues with top priority; lead escalation of systemic customer issues
  • Analyze and anticipate market, client and technology trends and adapt product offering accordingly by creating business plans and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams across all business units to manage margin, enable product/service delivery, methods to better support product, and support the delivery of integrated customer solutions through the effective influencing of stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain a realistic product/portfolio roadmap.
  • Evaluate emerging market trends (e.g., new technologies, competitor initiatives) and conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and impacts
  • Lead complex programs from start to end including market research, opportunity assessment, development of proposals, and recommendation on solutions
  • Take new product and/or services from concept through design, development, testing and implementation, including working with impacted operational teams, to ensure they are prepared to support the product
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Privacy, Security and other key partners to position our solutions and gain support for implementation
  • Set and measure key performance indicators and work with partners to achieve these critical metrics
  • Lead timely resolution of issues
You will have:

7+ relevant Experience per job requirements
● You have demonstrated experience as a Sr. Product Manager, having successfully launched and managed a complex product and/or service.
● You have superior organization skills, enabling you to manage complex requirements, tight timelines and multiple streams of activity
● You are known for your relationship building, teamwork, interpersonal skills and track record of delivering superior products
● You have a high degree of comfort with ambiguity, risk management and forging new paths - you would describe yourself as “gritty”
● You are confident, and a have a track record of driving results and meeting deadlines and targets
● You have a post-secondary degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in product development and management
● As this is a nationally available multilingual product, proficiency in English and French is considered an asset
