We have an exciting role for a Product Manager - Compliance on a 6-month contract with potential extensions! 

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together:

Join the Home Solutions TV Products & Services team as a Product Manager and play a key role in the evolution of our TV product and platform. This is a dynamic and demanding role that requires collaboration with many cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the features we implement on our TV platform fulfills the requirements from our Content Providers, Regulatory, Security and Privacy teams.

You will own the development of our critical compliance roadmap, and will work in concert with our TV Squad Product Owners to ensure required features are being implemented within our platform.

Key responsibilities:
● Monitor and understand requirements for compliance to Regulatory, Content Provider, Security, Privacy as they pertain to product feature implementation
● Develop, in consultation with Squad Product Owners and technical teams, requirements to fulfill compliance
● Develop roadmap with critical compliance requirements and development to meet them
● Make a case for any exceptions for / delay in requirements compliance

You will assess and work with Product Owners to implement requirements in the following areas:
● Content provider playback and limitation requirements for enforcement on all customer-facing applications and experiences
● Copyright Act specific requirements
● Stream playback and allowance requirements
● App-related security and compliance requirements
● Key regulatory body requirements
● Privacy compliance across customer management and app presentation

Additional/Eventual scope:
● Notifications, in-app marketing and merchandizing best practice and limitation management
● Other emergent requirements

● Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), as well as presentation skills
● Outstanding organization and coordination skills, and demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment with both internal and external parties
● Proven ability to make strategic recommendations on gap closure initiatives and secure alignment on solutions to complex problems
● Self-starter, takes ownership and initiative
● Ability to confidently present ideas and recommendations to senior leaders (Directors/VPs)

● Experience in developing and supporting video solutions
● Experience in developing, launching or supporting customer facing programs; clearly understand the perspective from customers
● Experience with JIRA for requirement management
● Experience with Google Suite of applications
