Telecom Program Manager - TI2012

Telecom Program Manager Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

Overseeing the relationship with a set of key stakeholders handled by your team

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

Conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly  business meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Represent wireless planning and telecom engineering practice with key stakeholders


Telecom Program Manager Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree 

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecom domain

Experience in outside plant engineering, wireline planning

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong program management skills

Excellent client relationship skills

Proven track record in working with geographically diverse team and having experience in working with offshore teams
