Manager, Conversion Optimization

The Manager, Conversion Optimization is responsible for optimizing our wireless digital experiences through data analysis, performance insights and testing. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Wireless Digital Analytics, the successful candidate will help evolve our strategic plan to accelerate digital adoption and sales & service. You are a critical member of the growing Digital organization and will help drive strategic change working collaboratively with partners across Digital, Marketing, Brand, Product, Technology, and our traditional sales channels.

You will
 
·       Digital Conversion & Experience Optimization
o   Analyze and evaluate opportunities and decide which tests to run to optimize performance
o   Draft hypotheses and design tests to find actionable opportunities to improve digital conversion and performance
o   Work collaboratively with Wireless Digital outcome teams to ideate and execute tests on site and in app
o   Analyze test results and make recommendations to our product teams on enhancement opportunities based on test data
o   Be an expert in our Wireless business, digital products and customer journeys in Digital
o   Stay curious and keep current – be the internal champion for trends, best practices, new tools and innovation in your space

·       Data driven insights and analytics
o   Support ecommerce and product teams in building requirements to improve the digital experience
o   Help build a center of excellence in analytics and develop best practices for data driven insights
o   Navigate through multiple data sources to manage online/offline analysis of the customer journey (from initial traffic source to final sale) and establish a clear understanding of customer behavior
o   Lead audit of digital experience inclusive of both online and offline data sources
o   Deliver data-driven proposals for optimizing on-site engagement and ecommerce metrics to drive incremental benefits for Digital sales and service 
o   Data support for online error tracking across all ecommerce flows
Establish an environment of collaboration, cooperation and teamwork across Digital stakeholders, Marketing, Brand, and Product partners
 
·       Ongoing

    • Stay current on ecommerce changes from key competitors (telecom) and international companies / industries supporting an online channel

    • Analyze and synthesize risks and opportunities and make recommendations regarding emerging industry trends specific to Digital sales and service

    • Support for senior and executive level discussions regarding data on online sales and service strategy

    • Business support for telling Digital narrative around online and offline customer journey

    • Mentorship and coaching for channel / product team

 
Who you are
 
·       10+ years of professional experience in computer science, business, economics, or related program
·       Demonstrated experience in experimentation and digital testing
·       Familiar with digital marketing and SEO to create end to end digital journeys
·       Excellent communicator with the ability to tell a story with data and adjust communication based on audience’s understanding of data
·       Know your way around digital related metrics and web analytics & testing tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager etc)
·       Expert understanding of technology tools and data stacks with the ability to traverse complex systems, be inquisitive, and gain understanding of the data
·       Strong scripting and programming skills in SAS, SQL, Python /R
·       Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize completing deliverables with varying levels of priority
·       Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills
·       Thrives in an environment of constant change, unpredictability and ambiguity
·       Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated understanding of high-performing organizations
·       Demonstrated ability to work across organizational departments and develop strong relationships across the company
